What if I ask you, what is your first
priority being a teenager? Some will say, studies, some will say career, goals,
partner and all. Where do your parents stand in your priority list?
Yeah this is
alright that we're trying to be modern, we've a lot of work to do, we have jobs
and have no time, really we're busy with our life and goals. So, we're trying
to copy western countries to be more successful, leaving parents far behind
like it was just their job to raise us!! Setting their kids free is always not
an easy job for any parent worldwide. But, they sacrifice their happiness for
the sake of yours, then why can't you?
Am I the only one
who has noticed that there are no children houses for the kids having parents
but there are lots of old age homes for the parents whose kids are alive!! Are
they dead for their parents? This is shameful. What we have to behave like with
our parents and how we're actually behaving are two opposite phenomena. Buddy,
there are lots of situations when you return home angry but you avoid to shout
at your partner because they may feel hurt but you never give second thought
before shouting at your parents! How painful this is for them we won't
understand until our own kids draw us in the same situation, right?
They were kind
enough to raise you and you are rude enough to leave them. This is the truth
that we're just useless and our parents are priceless.
There must not be any old age home and
no parents would have to leave alone. Their eyes should sparkle with happiness,
not with a never ending wait to see their kids again. Hug them and tell them
that you love them the most and let's make them our first priority whose first
priority are we.
