No one ever wants to be in a cage, do you? But, once there was a cage with the utmost beauty and intolerant structure. A cage, with floral paintings and colourful tint, it has a soft voice and caring nature, with all the pleasure a heart needs. Also, there was a bird, with blue-coloured wings, a beautiful shape, soothing chirps with a lot of determination for life, flying in the blue sky it looked like a perfect epitome of freedom. He never stayed at the same place for long, continuously flying towards his aim. His every sunrise had a planned sunset.
These two opposite characters came in front of each other. The bird, can't ignore the beauty of the cage and thought to stay in it for a while. He flew in and sat there talking to the cage and sharing all his experiences, without knowing that the cage is locking itself slowly. The cage totally fell in love with the bird and his stories that the cage never wanted to set the bird free.
After sometime when the bird wanted to fly again, he realised that the cage was closed and he came to know that the cage had fallen in love with him. He wanted to fly away but never told this to the cage because he thought that maybe this will hurt the cage. Every day the cage used to ask the bird whether he is happy or not and the bird used to look at the sky and smile without saying a word. But, every night when the cage went to sleep the bird used to cry and recall the time when he was free.
One day, while talking, the bird accidentally told the cage that he wanted to be free, wanted to fly, and the cage realised that the bird didn't want to stay anymore. Cage literally got hurt but still allowed the bird to fly away. Finally, the cage set the bird free. While leaving, the bird turned around, said thank you and goodbye, the cage replied with a smile and the bird flew away.
There are three things to learn from this story.
First, love doesn't always mean to be together or to imprison someone, sometimes it's about letting go.
Second, you can't stop someone who has a strong desire to leave. And the last one is never change your priorities, the world will adjust 😉
